1) TITLE
The club shall be known as “Hadnall Bowling Club”
2) PRESIDENT
A president shall be elected to serve for 3 years
3) OFFICERS
The officers of the club shall be; Chairman, Hon. Treasurer, Hon. Secretary who shall be elected annually
4) COMMITTEE
The affairs of the club shall be managed by a committee of five members who shall be elected annually, together with the officers of the club, any vacancies which occur during the year may be filled by the committee. Five members shall form a quorum. The committee reserves the right to co-opt other individuals for special purposes such as fund raising.
5) SUBSCRIPTIONS
Club subscriptions shall be decided at each annual general meeting, and these will apply for the ensuing year. Subscriptions shall be due on or before March 1st each year. Any member who has not paid his/her subscriptions by April 1st shall be deemed to have resigned, and may only be readmitted after following the prescribed election procedure.
6) ELECTION OF MEMBERS
Any person wishing to become a member of the club must be proposed and seconded by any two members of the club, and such nomination must be forwarded to the secretary of he club who will lay it before the next meeting of the committee. The candidate will then be balloted for and provided that he/she is voted for by two thirds of the committee with at least five members voting, the candidate shall be declared a duly elected member of the club.
